I bought my sprayer yesterday and started using it today. The brass nozzle snapped off within 5 minutes from coming in light contact with the ground. The part is $1.75 to purchase from the website, which I have no problem with, but $8.00 to ship it? C’mon! I’ll put some Gorilla Glue on it and hope for the best, but in my opinion this product has a very fragile part for an outdoor use sprayer. Otherwise, I would be thoroughly satisfied with the overall performance.

I loved this product on my first use. But the top is nearly impossible to unscrew. The first time I had two strong men unscrew it for me. Now, they can’t get it unscrewed. Roundup is unwilling to help. The sprayer is not worth the cost when it can only be used once or twice. I have released the pressure and it still will not unscrew and customer service is unwilling to help.

I am on my second 2-gallon heavy duty sprayer, and BOTH times the wand and nozzle assembly have fallen apart – the second one without ever actually being used! When it works, and all the parts actually function as they’re supposed to, it’s a fine product. When the first one stopped working, I went to buy a replacement hose/wand/nozzle assembly and couldn’t find one at the store – ended up buying a whole new unit. When I got it home and attempted to screw the wand onto the sprayer, the threads stripped before I got it three quarters of the way on – rendering it a leaking, useless unit. I’ll be returning it to the store. GREAT that it’s made in America – how about stepping up the quality of the parts?
