Applies to:
All Fountainhead Group sprayers and foggers with a removable nozzle tip.
What causes this:
- Dried chemical or sediment in the nozzle orifice
- Unstrained solution introduced into the tank
- Incompatible chemical degrading components
How to fix it:
- Relieve tank pressure with the pressure relief valve.
- Remove the nozzle tip and soak it in warm soapy water for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Clear the orifice with a soft brush or toothpick. Never use metal tools, which can enlarge the orifice.
- Reinstall and test with clean water.
- If clogging recurs, strain solutions before filling and check chemical compatibility.
