Where to find the item number on your product

The item number (also called model number or item code) is printed on the product label, packaging, or instruction manual. Most FGI item numbers are six digits, such as 190328. Some licensed-brand models add letters in front, such as DXSP190681.

How to fix it:

  1. Check the product label molded or printed on the tank or body.
  2. Look on the original packaging or the instruction manual.
  3. Most FGI item numbers are six digits (for example 190328). Some licensed-brand models add letters in front (for example DXSP190681 or CMXCAFG190640).
  4. Keep it handy for warranty claims, ordering parts, or contacting support.
