How to find your sprayer's instruction manual

Applies to:

All FGI-manufactured sprayers (CRAFTSMAN, DEWALT, Smith, HDX, LESCO, Universal, Field King, and licensed brands).

What causes this:

Customers often misplace the printed manual or buy a used unit without one. Every FGI sprayer has a digital manual; finding the right one starts with identifying your exact model.

How to fix it:

1. Locate your model number, printed on a sticker on the tank, pump body, or bottom of the unit (for example DXSP190681, CMXCAFG190640, 190567, or 190723).
2. Note the document number if present; many manuals show a small number on the back cover (for example 186084-02), the fastest way to match the exact revision.
3. Use the manual finder on our Support page: enter your item number to pull up your manual.
4. Or email info@thefgi.com with your model number (subject "Manual Request - your model number") and we will send the matching PDF.
5. No model number because the label wore off? Send a photo to info@thefgi.com and we can usually identify the model and send the right manual.
6. For licensed brands (DEWALT, CRAFTSMAN, Smith, LESCO), the manual is also on the brand's official website under product documentation.
