What causes this:
The fastest way to get the right part is to identify your sprayer model first. The same brand often has several models with different parts, so without the model number the wrong part can be sent.
How to fix it:
- Find your model number, printed on a sticker on the tank, pump, or bottom of the unit (for example DXSP190681, CMXCAFG190640, 190567, or 190723).
- Identify the part you need: nozzle, wand, hose, shut-off assembly, harness or straps, pump head, battery, charger, gaskets, O-rings, or tank.
- Take a photo of the broken part if you can.
- Shop genuine replacement parts online at the FGI parts store, or call 1-800-311-9903 with your model number and part description and we will identify the correct part and price.
- If the sprayer is still under warranty and the part failed due to a defect, see how to file a warranty claim; the part may be covered.
